Returns Policy

Returns

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back in our 30 day return policy.

You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within Thirty (30) days of receipt of the products purchased on www.perfectlycustomized.com.com. Simply send an e-mail to returns@perfectlycustomized.com with invoice number and you intentions and an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) and return instructions will be provided to you. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the product has been received in good condition, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. A 15% restocking fee may be charged to the customer.


Replacement

In case, you receive wrong or damaged product, simply email us the pictures showing the damage at returns@perfectlycustomized.com and an exchange request will be processed. The tracking update will be provided when the replacement is shipped out along with instructions for the damaged piece.


Shipping

Shipping is free, it’s that simple!!. There are no surprises, what you see is what you pay. Please check the handling times associated with product you purchase so you know the expected arrival time.

Contact customer service to check for expedited shipping options for additional charge. 

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, Fedex and USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We use third-party carriers to ship our products. Therefore, once an order is processed and a parcel has left our care, we have no control over its delivery.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Freight shipping inside delivery and lift gate service are not included.

UPS Ground: Allow 2-5 business days for delivery. No Saturday delivery.
UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed in 3 business days. No Saturday delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed in 2 business days. No Saturday delivery.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed by end of next business day. Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m, MST. No Saturday delivery.

FEDEX

FedEx Ground: Allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Delivery Tuesday - Saturday (No Monday Delivery).
FedEx 3 Day: Guaranteed in 3 business days. No Saturday delivery.
FedEx Economy Second Day: Guaranteed in 2 business days. No Saturday delivery.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Guaranteed by end of next business day. Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m, MST. No Saturday delivery.

No Delivery on National Holidays
UPS and FedEx do not deliver on national holidays such as the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day just to name a few. If a national holiday is between your order date and the anticipated arrival date of your package, please expect your package a day later. For questions regarding your expected date of arrival, please give us a call.

Saturday or Sunday Delivery
UPS and FedEx Express (Not FedEx Home) do not guarantee delivery on Saturday or Sunday and are not included in transit time calculation. A package shipped Next Day Air on Friday would be delivered the next business day, Monday. The same goes for 2 Day Air: a packaged shipped on Thursday would be delivered on Monday.
